LITTLE HELPERS IN LIFE REVIEW 2018

My friends and I love having play dates for our kids. The issue is, we don’t always have something fun and creative for them to do. And things can get boring. Also, with it coming into a nice cold Michigan winter, I love having different activities to do in the house so I don’t have to worry about my two boys going stir crazy. I had stumbled upon Artful Playdate, and was so excited to have the chance to check them out. I was sent five different boxes to check out.

When the boxes arrived, it was the day before a play date with my best friend and her son. So it was perfect timing. Now a days all the kids seem to want to do is play video games or some other type of electronics all the time. Artful Playdate boxes seem to help them want to do something that will help the kids use their imagination. My friends son loves pirates. So since they were our guest and we let him choose, that is the box he chose. My son was happy with that selection. I didn’t realize how much stuff there is for the kids to create in the box, which then they spent hours playing with. The pirate box includes:

  • Color your own bandanas
  • Create your own pirate hook
  • Eye patches
  • Daggers
  • Make your own telecopes
  • Treasure Maps with coins and foam stickers.

Each box includes a secret scroll to take your kids on their own fun adventure.

The Rockstar dude box includes:

  • Vests
  • Cuffs
  • Headbands
  • Make your own microphone
  • Make your own song books
  • Stickers

Superpower girls includes:

  • Masks
  • Cuffs
  • Capes
  • Make you own comic books
  • Foam shapes and markers to decorate

Superpower boys includes:

  • Masks
  • Cuffs
  • Capes
  • Make you own comic books
  • Foam shapes and markers to decorate

Rockstar Diva includes:

 Vests

  • Cuffs
  • Headbands
  • Make your own microphone
  • Make your own song books
  • Stickers

All boxes are rated for ages 3 and up. And all of them come with a secret scroll to help your kids keep their imagination going. The boys played for about 5 hours together with the pirates set without a problem. And it was nice to be able to allow my friends son to leave with a little gift. They are so excited for next time as well.
